Jay Campbell
Environmental & Nature Officer
Jay has a previous history in horticulture, and so is better suited to this important part of the groups activities.
He is open to everyone's input, enabling him to bring events to life. The group has many plans for this coming year, and Jay will enable many of these to be achieved.
Responsibilities
- Natural, physical, geo-landscape of the parish.
- Non-regular litter picking, nature walks, awareness of nature, etc.
- Promote environmental learnings and conservation
- Liaise with relevant external organisations to ensure development of nature reserves
- Lead nature studies in the area
- Promote national events such as the RSPB garden watch
- Set-up and run a Newlands Wilder group
